Kofi Annan is billed to speak on "Credible and Peaceful Elections: A Prerequisite for Africa's Progress" at this year's 'Kronti Ne Akwamu' lecture, the flagship annual democracy and governance event of the Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana).
